Incandescent Christians

Posted by ignitechurch on 24th July 2011

In week 2 of the 516 series, Pastor Mark talks about "our light" as taken from the key verse in the series (Matthew 5:16).  What keeps us from "shining bright" - an internal struggle between flesh and Spirit.  Christians must do several things in order to overcome the daily struggle with the flesh in order to let their "light so shine" and walk in the Spirit.

Scriptures:  Galatians 5:16-17; Galatians 5:19-21; Galatians 5:22-23; Romans Ch.7:18-25; Galatians 5:24-25; Luke 9:23; Romans 12:1-2; 1 Peter 1:13; Philippians 4:8-9; Col. 3:16-17; Psalm 119:11; Psalm 46:10; 2 Peter 1:3-10; Philippians 2:12; Philippians 2:14-15
